Stay here met our expectations. Had a great time on a special trip 💫. The place has a lovely location - everything we needed was within walking distance.

The price was a little to high, the breakfast was ridiculous. Someone pull the fire alarm as a practical joke at 12am? No service to room had to pay extra. Customer service was rude and not friendly.

The staff here were really helpful and the location couldn't have been better. The rooms come with a shower, kitchen, and even a bathtub 🛁.

Had a great time during a special vacation at this place! The location felt safe and cozy, making it easy to relax. Plus, being just 2 miles away from Bret Harte Park was super convenient. The staff were really friendly whenever we needed anything 😊.

Additionally, the hot breakfast and early check-in added to the positive experience.

The staff were wonderful.

The breakfast was non-existent. A few nasty muffins and coffee. It was also really weird that I had to ask for cutlery and any items needed for the kitchen. What kind of clientele are they used to? Also no exercise facilities to speak of.

The room was pristine and looked newly renovated, with a comfortable pull-out sofa, and the hotel was impeccably clean, situated in a lovely, safe area.

The place was impeccably clean and everything was good. The room felt brand-new and modern with a bath tub and refrigerator, making us feel at home. The breakfast was nice and hot with a huge variety of food. The location was stunning and absolutely perfect, and the staff were amazingly friendly.

i joined the extended stay club o i would 20% off when i checked out and its been 5 days and still have not seen a credit on my credit card, i called the hotel i was told to wait a week, it only takes a few minutes to credit my card back and it will show up the next day .they where just putting me off.I stayed 3 days at a cost of $133.00 a night thats almost $400.00 dollars thats a lot of money and the hotel did not even have a ice machine and the muffins they served where old and hard, i was not impressed at all John

The room at this place is spacious and modern, the staff is friendly, and the location is convenient with great views and on-site parking available.

The studio room was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen had an apartment style stove, oven,and refrigerater. There was a sofa and 2 chairs.

The breakfast was packaged coffee cake and small apples and they took it away before 10am. There was only one plastic cup in the room

Breakfast was a little sparse. Ended up eating three packages of microwave oatmeal, but something already prepared would have been nice.

While the location relative to my business meeting the next day was great (San Quentin), the noise from the freeway was a problem.
